In keeping with the name (which was chosen to celebrate the heritage of Prescott Valley and Northern Arizona), the dining room is decorated with rustic fixtures and Western art. The bistro offers an exciting blend of interesting styles including the cuisine of Northern New Mexico, Spanish influences and the simple pleasures of the Southwest. Enjoy a bistro lunch from our Express Menu featuring our specialty sandwiches and featured salads. Our soups are handmade daily. Lonesome Valley also offers delicious desserts and pastries created by our in-house pastry chef.

The wine room features a varied assortment of fine wines from around the world not found elsewhere in Northern Arizona. We are proud of our inventory of diverse wines from boutique, family owned wineries. At Lonesome Valley, all our wines come with a story. Our weekly wine tastings have become legendary in the region! The bistro also features wine events such as wine dinners, specialty port tastings and more. The outdoor patio includes a bar and fire pit. The bistro is the collaboration of Mike Arntzen and Vladimir Costa. Though their backgrounds are diverse, they both share a friendship, a respect of the cuisine of Northern New Mexico and a love of servicing family and friends. Enjoy fine dining in a casual environment, with an exceptional wine list. The bistro also features occasional music on the weekends.

The bistro is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 pm until 9:30 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 until 10:30 pm and 11:00 until 8:00 pm on Sunday.
